Looking for the perfect candle alternative? Our wax are highly scented and non-toxic.
Carefully place a piece or two of the snap bar in an electric warmer or tea light warmer. Each portion lasts approximately 6-8 hours, but this depends on the type of warmer used and the room the warmer is placed in.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us withing 14 days of receiving your item(s). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hellomaydesignswpg@gmail.com and we will walk you through the process.
Following items cannot be return or exchange:

- Custom or personalized order unless there is a mistake on our part.
- Perishable items.
Returns:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with you order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
